RELOCATING TO DALLAS-FORT WORTH?
The DFW Metroplex is made up of several major cities and 13 counties making Dallas-Fort Worth the largest metropolitan area in the southern United States.
With many companies relocating to DFW, the opportunities are abundant. I've helped many families relocate to DFW and I would be honored to help you.
Getting pre-approved is one of the first, and most important, steps when buying a home here. I've aligned myself with some of the best local lenders who provide the most competitive loan products and terms as well as amazing customer service. Depending on your situation, I will be able to recommend the perfect lender for you.
Have peace of mind when you need to purchase a home sight unseen by working with someone who will treat this experience as if it were my money.
First, we will set up a buyers consultation via Google or Zoom so we can get to know one another better. I'll listen to what you are wanting and needing in a home, and offer ideas on neighborhoods or communities that fit your goals.
Then, we will set your search portal up based on the criteria you provided. In this search portal, you will have the freedom to favorite homes you love and even see homes that are Coming Soon.
From here, we will video call or record video walkthroughs at homes that make your short-list. This helps to point out items that you should be aware of - positive and negative - that may not have been evident in the MLS photos. This extends to the street view and community, as you get your bearings on what the home feels like virtually.
Once we are under contract, we will attend the Inspection for you and follow up with video calls and videos that you might need to see in-depth issues.
Before closing, we are able to have a final walk-thru which will be the last time to view the home before closing.
For closing, we can coordinate a mobile closing and have a notary meet you at the time and location of your choice. There is usually a $250 fee to do this.
Congratulations and Welcome home to Dallas-Fort Worth!
